Oliver is an experienced and passionate theatre director, working throughout the year on a variety of productions and projects.
Oliver develops the production from the Storyboard stage and works with his fellow creatives through the casting, rehearsals, opening night and beyond.
His directing credits include Musical Theatre, Shakespeare, Pantomime, Contemporary Commercial texts, Brand new pieces of Devised work and Family Theatre.
Oliver says, “For me directing is about finding the heart of the piece and communicating the story or feeling to the audience; whilst working with the whole company to bring that spark to life. I love it; it’s like magic”.
Random Fact – Throughout 2021, Oliver worked as an Artist Mentor for the Barbican Theatre.
